Eugene attended Iris Milano meeting in May 2024. He was happy to share his knowledge and experience on segmentation study with members there and his presentation was focused on practical insights and how to better use LCA(latent class analysis) for segmentation.
As a council member of Iris research network, TRC is in charge of member satisfaction study which TRC conducted recently and Eugene presented during the meeting too.
